Reflections on Christmas: Connection, Christ, and the Greater Force

If you’re spending Christmas with family, young children or elderly parents, it’s generally a time of joy and connection. However, for those of you who are not doing this, I want to reach out to you, and as it’s Christmas, for a change, talk about Christ

For those who find themselves alone during this festive season, feelings of loneliness, isolation, or disconnection may arise. It is important to acknowledge these emotions and extend compassion and understanding to anyone experiencing them.

Throughout my life, I have found my primary spiritual connection to be with Christ and Mary, even though I also draw from the wisdom of Hindu and Kabbalistic traditions. Each of us may have our own beliefs, whether it is faith in a deity, trust in angels, or reverence for the power of Gaia. What truly matters during this season is recognising and embracing the energies and forces that are greater than ourselves.

By connecting our small Chi, or Prana, with the greater Chi, we give ourselves the opportunity to rise above our usual state of being and access a higher plane of consciousness. In simple terms, this means inviting more happiness, joy, love, and gratitude into our lives. As we do so, we elevate our own vibrational frequency, coming closer to the speed of light.

How To Do This:

Morning and evening, I close my eyes and vividly picture Jesus and Mary together above me, embracing the strength of both the divine masculine and feminine. Focusing on this vision, I invite their elevated frequencies into my being. On days when I seek reassurance, I imagine their gentle embrace, feeling their presence enveloping me in comfort. This practice has anchored my faith in Christ and Mary throughout my life, and I encourage you to find your own way, explore to find a way that works for you,
