Are your Circuits being overloaded?

Billed by the U.K. government as ‘The most serious natural hazard’, capable of causing an ‘Internet apocalypse’, it can also be the  cause of your extra stress and anxiety. At the end of the article, what we can do about this.

ELECTROMAGNETIC STRESS

We tend to think of space weather as something not particularly relevant for us, however recently many people have been noticing they’ve been feeling more anxious, agitated or simply frazzled.

We’re now in the middle of the 11 near solar cycle, and it seems that we are having unprecedented amounts of solar storms directed at Earth.

This means that plasma and radiation is being directed at the Earth’s atmosphere in a Solar storm from the sun, hitting Earth’s atmosphere causing ‘Geomagnetic’ storms. Many of these storms recently are X class , the maximum measured radiation, and these affect us in various ways.

SOLAR STORMS DAMAGE TECH

So- these solar ‘storms’ are eruptions of plasma from the sun that can do huge amounts of damage, in the 1980s causing an electrical blackout in the city of Quebec in Canada! Of course satellites and telecommunications are the first thing to get affected, and in technology it’s called ‘ EMP’. This means that highly charged particles affect a conductive material with a sudden surge of current, overloading the circuit and even melting wires.

In recorded history the 1st warning was called the ‘Carrington event’ in 1859 when the astrologer Carrington experienced 5 minutes of blinding white light from the sun as he noted huge amount of sunspots and solar flares beginning on it’s surface. Very quickly this energy reached the Earth and all telegraphic communications were disrupted, with sparks flying from telegraph machines, even setting piles of paper on fire. Even more spookily, machines wouldn’t work until confused workers took out the batteries, and found the atmospheric charge was enough to power them!

LOADING CIRCUITS CAUSING ANXIETY

Imagine a similar thing happening in our brain, as it, as well as the body, also run via electromagnetic communications.

The  complex billions of neurons in our brain signal electromagnetic light impulses  and similarly every cell on our body is reliant on electrical impulses to transmit vital nutrients.

It’s not surprising that sometimes we simply feel frazzled! It’s a good expression considering literally what is going on with the bombardment of electromagnetic frequencies we have to cope with.

ELECTROSTRESS

The solar activity comes on top of the existing background of Wi-Fi, phones and computers. The problem is these latter frequencies are surprisingly close to the core frequency energy emission from our DNA,  and can interfere with the subtle sophisticated signals that need to go on to make the body work in perfect harmony.

PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTRESS

Whilst  we can’t control these solar flares, we can control the E.M. radiation around us.
TOP TIPS

  • As much as you can, reduce EMF exposure. Almost impossible nowadays of course, but you can control you and your children’s environment.
  • Be clear on the number of things irradiating you. Wi-fi, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, bluetooth, cordless home phones. Would you put your head in the microwave?
  • Before sleep limit use of phones and computers
  • Spend time outdoors daily. For circadian rhythm(better sleep) , photobiomodulation (healing effects of light) and vitamin D, and skin absorption.
  • Turn down the blue on your phone or computer.
  • Limit the number of electromagnetic fields in the home. This means wi-fi. As much as possible try to have wired rather than wireless electronic devices. Printers, computer mouse, computer (does anyone remember the rather weird word ‘ethernet’ cable ?) My prediction will be that when levels of Asperger’s and Alzheimer’s reach an all-time peak they will be reinvented. A certain brand of vacuum cleaner is now boasting that it’s wireless..!!why?
  • Timers fit into electrical sockets to switch off Wi-Fi when not using it. Especially when you’re trying to get that all important quality sleep! Pets will appreciate it. Also, it’s good to stop the kids using it when you can’t monitor content.
  • Go wired. Go back to the wired home telephone as opposed to cordless home phone. They have the same issues as mobile phones.
  • Reduce use of mobiles, and try to use land lines when possible. Keep calls short.
  • Find airplane mode in your smartphone. You will find you can write and send your emails, do social media, etc, off line. You can save yourself hours of radiation by doing this, and they will all be sent when you decide to go back online. Switching to ‘airplane mode’ suddenly gives you back control of your life, as people can’t email or call till you are free. A much more efficient way of working!
  • Hand free ear sets are essential so you don’t have the phone right next to your brain. Protect the testicles – lap not good either!
  • Distance yourself as much as possible from devices. Laptops on a cushion on your lap. Phones not held on body. Handbag, or on car seat beside you.
  • Protection – There are a few devices on the market which have scientific proof of actually being effective in building up your own electromagnetic field so that it provides more of a buffer to foreign frequencies.

TOP TIPS LIGHTING

  • Blue tone blocking glasses when using electronic devices
  • Natural lighting should be used as much as possible
  • Low flicker L.E.D. bulbs better (the brain is sensitive to pulsation)
  • No dimmers – pulse width modulation rapidly switches off/on LED power supply to vary bulb brightness.
  • Warm colour, not white-lights of around 2700K reduce risk of blue Light Blindness by a quarter.
  • Red bulb in the afternoon, soft.. with an Alzheimer’s person this helps ‘sundowning’… the rest of use helps circadian rhythms, meaning sleep cycles improve
